• BCS Computers and Chatworlds.net Services assumes no responsiblity for the contents of, and neither endorses, nor disavows the companies, Persons, their services, products, or the opinions stated within the sites we host.
• Our liability on any account is limited to the amount of money (pro-rated by usage) that the customer has paid us. If we incur any legal expenses due to a customer's account, (whether knowingly or not) we reserve the right to recover these expenses from the customer. For example, if you have violated a copyright and we are sued (although we shouldn't be), we will require you to pay our legal fees. Additionally, forfeiture of any "pending refund" can occur if the cause of termination is due to violations of the TOS/AUP.
• Acceptable Use Policy: We respect our customers, and their wishes to place any content they desire on their websites, however, any known/future viruses, harmful programs (this includes "Spamvertising" your site and/or your email address(s)), and illegal (pirated) software or information gathering will result in termination of services, without recourse. The Internet is a powerful information and entertainment tool, we would ask our customers to use the Internet with respect, courtesy, and responsibility, giving due regard to the rights of other Internet users.
• While "Adult content" is allowable, ANY site with adult content must have a disclaimer/warning, and a fully (to the best of the customer's knowledge) functional age verification system. "Open Access" to a site, "Child Pornography", "Racist" and other types of detrimental sites will not be tolerated on our servers.
• We at BCS Computers/Chatworlds.net are not responsible for any data loss that could occur. It is the customers responsibility to back up their content.
• We at BCS Computers/Chatworlds.net are not responsible for the actions of our customers. You the customer will be solely responsible for any and all content stored on your space, as well as any actions that may result in legal issues.
• This agreement may be terminated by the Client or the Provider at any time with prior notice and without cause. If either party is in default under this agreement (which also includes nonpayment), then the non-defaulting party may choose to immediately terminate the Agreement with notice to the other party.
